Information may be shared for purposes including:

  • customer acquisition;

  • joint marketing campaigns;

  • promotional offers;

  • personalised advertising;

  • analytics;

  • campaign measurement;

  • fraud prevention;

  • identity verification;

Rumble Tips does not sell personal information to Betr.

Information is only intended to be shared in accordance with your consent, applicable privacy laws and contractual obligations between the parties.

Users may withdraw marketing consent at any time. However, withdrawal of consent may affect the availability of certain promotional offers or partnership benefits.

Your consent to Rumble Tips sharing your information with Betr is separate from your marketing consent. You may turn this consent on or off at any time using the corresponding toggle available in your Account Settings. Changes made using this toggle are compiled by Rumble Tips into a periodic update, which is then provided to Betr, and may take up to 14 days to be actioned. Once actioned, withdrawing this consent stops any further sharing of your information with Betr. It does not affect information already shared with Betr prior to withdrawal, and does not affect any information Betr holds about you independently as a result of you registering for a Betr account, which is governed by Betr's own privacy policy.

As the Platform is currently intended for use by adults aged 18 and over only, information is only shared with Betr in respect of users who meet this age requirement and have provided the consent described above.

Betr may retain information shared with it under this partnership for as long as the commercial partnership between Rumble Tips and Betr remains in place. If that partnership ends, Betr is contractually required to delete or return, within 30 days, any information relating to users who have not registered for a Betr account. Information relating to users who have registered for a Betr account is held and retained by Betr independently, in accordance with Betr's own privacy policy.

49. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

As set out in clause 8 (Eligibility and Age Requirements), the Platform is currently intended for use by adults aged 18 years or older. Rumble Tips does not currently offer a version of the Services to individuals under the age of 18. Rumble Tips may use age assurance measures reasonably proportionate to the associated privacy risk to verify that a user meets this age requirement.

Paid competitions, prize competitions involving age restrictions and other restricted services are intended only for users who satisfy the applicable legal age requirements.

To support these requirements, Rumble Tips may request age verification or identity verification before allowing participation in certain competitions or before awarding prizes.

The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) is developing a Children's Online Privacy Code under the Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024 (Cth), expected to be registered by 10 December 2026. Once in force, this Code may impose additional requirements on how we collect, use and disclose the personal information of users under the age of 18, including in relation to consent, direct marketing and the best interests of the child. Rumble Tips will review and, where necessary, update this Privacy Policy and its practices to reflect the final Code once registered.
